In the 2025/2026 season, we are bringing a novelty, Traditional folklore games for children from 2-3 years old with Danka Simanová. The games take place in the form of an 8-hour course once a week. / On Friday 6.3. 2026 is the start of a new course./
Every game has its meaning for children.
Almost all of us remember games from childhood as an activity where we were able to have a good time and release energy. However, these games gave us much more in life. They enabled us to develop social relationships, physical strength and various skills. Each game develops certain competencies in the child, thanks to which his personality, physical dispositions and various abilities are formed. In some games, they learn how to handle tools and various aids, in other games they learn physical dispositions, in another game they learn to sing or perceive rhythm. In the course, we will focus on traditional children's games that have survived to this day with certain changes. Children learned by imitating everything they saw around them and therefore the games reflected the environment in which they lived and life itself. These games were often accompanied by various reprimands, nursery rhymes or simple songs. Any kind of play is completely natural for children and very important for their development.
