A combination of belly dances, expressive dance, healthy movement and the inner alchemy of female energy in dance.
Tribal dance is a healthy form of movement for the female body, develops aesthetic feeling and imagination, strengthens self-confidence and self-acceptance, brings joy and fun in movement and helps to build a loving relationship with one's own body and psyche.
How will the workshop take place?
