The American band Grateful Dead was a band of a different kind: pioneers of psychedelic rock, children of the flower power revolution, home to a community of loyal Deadheads and as much a timeless groove as a celebration of life!
For the first time, the fantastic Grateful Dead tribute band Terrapin Flyer from Chicago will be performing for two concerts (February 27th/28th) in be Germany. The band has been touring the USA for 25 years with around 100 shows a year, including with legends like Melvin Seals from the Jerry Garcia Band. In February we're going to the Kulturhaus Insel Berlin - a charming event location just a few steps away from Treptower Park in East Berlin! Special guests for both shows: Aaron Feder, founder of the Barcelona-based Dead Tribute “Grateful Nights Band” (also born and raised in Chicago) and his colleague and drummer Bryan Curtis!
