Warm Self-Defense by Modern Self-Defense is a practical workshop for queer people and allies who want to have more control over their safety.

It won't be a drill or a macho approach - rather real situations and how to react to them with greater calmness. Participants will learn to read situations, set boundaries (even without excuses), work with voice and body, and manage stress in a way that makes people feel safer. All in a supportive environment where everyone can be themselves. Simple, functional techniques that make sense and will be used immediately.
