An intrepid adventurer who has met many very important people on his way who lived to a respectable age. As the only Czech, he reached the North and South Pole and the pole of cold - the coldest inhabited place of the world, Greenland passed on skis, made the first winter crossing of Mongol Lake Khovsghol, etc. He is the author of about 100 documentary films. Miroslav Zikmund (the most visited documentary of 2014) was nominated for the Czech Lion for the feature documentary of the century. He likes to travel to Southeast Asia. He lived for some time like a Buddhist monk in Sri Lanka. The knowledge he has received thanks to meditation practice applies both in clinical work and in the work with managers and in the training of Soft-Skills. It manages the Facebook page "Mindfulness.cz" aimed at using mindfulness in psychotherapy. He is the author of the book Nomotion and Complete: The transformation of emotions into psychotherapy.
