During this weekend workshop of 5rathms we will examine how each of the 5 rhythms is associated with these 5 different parts of ourselves: body, heart, mind, soul and spirit.
It is an invitation to explore how the flow is unlocking the body, how the heart opens the heart, how chaos liberates the mind, how the lyric opens the soul door and how calm welcomes the spirit.
