Dear ones, I invite you to a regular course in the Dragon Temple, which will exceptionally be broadcast online! There is a limited number of places, even in the online space. During the morning meetings, we will delve into somatic healing gentle practice with ourselves, work with the fluid body and we will devote ourselves to different approaches of working with emotions. This approach literally opens HOMECOMING, as it is a practice for healing the inner split parts, and this healing (the feeling of "coming Home") is essential to our Path to Wholeness. We are literally opening ourselves to the Breath of Life and the Breath of Love. This course focuses on a practice that relaxes the nervous system.

Our body is the Gateway to this subtle process. We go through gentle healing so that it is non-overwhelming, kind and opens us to our true potential. We open ourselves deeply to the Breath of Life, the Breath of Love, which we gradually embody in each of our cells.

We can work with emotions in many ways, and the combination of deep somatic experience with our mind and consciousness is very effective. It's about working directly with the body. The body is very important because our mind is not very good at working with emotions - it knows how to control, it knows how to create stories about them, it knows how to rationalize... It is not the mind's business to regulate emotions, if we want to recognize in emotions a real GIFT of life force and not just a quieting of emotional life and our inner aliveness.

a deep somatic opening of the wisdom gates of the body and with the inner Teacher

dive into fluid body medicine and nervous system self-regulation

working with inner resources

constellations of emotions and taking care of our inner demons

somatic experiencing

sacred sounds for living presence and relaxation in the body

care and healing of the inner child

somatic meditation and Yoga of emotions

harmonization of inner polarities into reconciliation, balance and connection
