The heart beats stronger, the breath quickens, the thoughts scream. There comes fear, uncertainty... but also enormous inner strength. Silent, firm, unyielding.
Sometimes just one breath is enough. One moment. And the world begins to change.
This year we will delve together into the stories of people who found courage:
✨ stand up for their opinion,
🌱 start something new,
🚪 step into the unknown,
🔥 face challenges - even if they were afraid.
We will introduce you to speakers who, through their work, help others overcome their fears and step beyond their own goals.
Courage is the driving force of change. It is hidden in great actions, but also in everyday
decisions that shape our lives and the world around us.
At TEDx Trenčín 2025, we will experience courage in its many forms - from the determination to take care
of your mental health, to move the world of technology forward, to overcome limits in sports, to step into the
unknown to fearlessness to stand out from the crowd and not be silent. And also the courage to stand by those who are still
looking for it, support them and give them strength.
