We are ready for TEDxPragueWomen 2024. What about you?
This year we are organizing TEDxPragueWomen for the ninth time, this time on the topic of Crossroads.
A person finds himself at a crossroads every day. Crossroads can be seen as a symbol of decision making. And we really do make decisions all the time. Sometimes about small things, sometimes about major things. Sometimes a crossroads surprises us and we don't know where to go next. Some of us are even afraid of intersections and are not good at making decisions. Some pass, they don't even know how, and no intersection is difficult enough for them, even an intersection. How not to be afraid of intersections? How do you recognize them when it's not obvious? What crossroads are we currently at? What helps us in making decisions and what, on the contrary, clouds our judgement? And what do we see at the traffic light?
We live in the middle of Europe, which has experienced a lull in arms for several decades. How to make decisions at the crossroads of history? Who does it and how? How does technology influence us when making decisions? How are the values by which we make decisions changing? What about the spiral of history, everything repeats itself and what are the lessons?
