About event
Site-specific theatrical performance Dance of Death.
Theatrical procession, funeral of grief, reminder of the joys of life in a site-specific style, which encourages the actors and the audience to celebrate life, but does not forget human mortality either. With joy in one eye, with a tear in the other eye. Nice baroque contrast! Inspired by the unique cycle of painted frescoes Dance of Death from the hospital corridor of the hospital in Kuks.
Warning: The performance takes place outdoors, so please come dressed and wearing appropriate shoes. It is designed as traveling and without the possibility of sitting, therefore it is not suitable for spectators with reduced mobility.
We thank the organization Hřbitovy a pořební služby hl. m. of Prague, p.o., for providing the unique space of the Malostranské cemetery for this performance.
