On the last Sunday of August, August 30, we invite you to a dance evening together - to celebrate the end of summer, the time of harvest and abundance. Come say goodbye to summer with movement, celebrate all that has matured within us during it, and open up to a new season.
Entering a state of abundance means moving beyond the mind. The end of summer is a time of harvest, and thus also of abundance.
For centuries, dance has been a way to freedom from thoughts, habitual patterns and established ways of acting. When we dance, we relax and surrender our body to the movement. The mind gradually dissolves and we float into a space of emptiness that we can call trance.
The dancer disappears for a moment and transforms into the dance itself. There are no longer thoughts, only movement. Through dance we enter the space of the spirit...
Friends, acquaintances and strangers, experienced dancers and those who are just discovering their first dance steps - we invite you to a joint dance ceremony. To experience freedom. To connect with the pure soul that we are in essence. To return to one's own liveliness, joy and abundance.
The evening is based on the principles of the Dance of 5 Rhythms and the Step Out of the Story approach. If you are ready to take the next step, book your place and reignite the spark of your life.
No previous dance experience is necessary.
The evening will be conducted in English. Eva Bergerová will translate into Czech.
ORGANIZATIONAL INFORMATION:
Date: Sunday 30 August from 19:00 (we recommend arriving earlier, the space will be accessible from 18:30)
Please arrive no later than 18:45 so that you can change your clothes in time. We will start on time.
Bring: comfortable clothes for dancing, something to drink (in a sealed bottle)
Venue: Taiji akademie, Polská 1a, Prague 2 – Vinohrady (3rd floor of the TJ Sokol Vinohrady building)
Basic price: 500 CZK when registering until 23/08/2026 inclusive. After that, 600 CZK. Payment in cash on the spot.
Reduced price: 400 CZK for pensioners, students and anyone who will be helped by at least this slight reduction.
Supporting price: 700 CZK and more - if you feel that you want to support the organization of the evening with a higher contribution, we accept your support with gratitude.
