About event
On the occasion of Roma Day (April 8th), we cordially invite you to an exceptional film screening, which will take place on Tuesday April 7th in Klubovna.
Together we will watch the documentary film "Where the stork landed with Amália", which brings a sensitive anthropological view of the life of a family living in generational poverty in a Roma settlement in eastern Slovakia. The film shows not only the difficult conditions in which the family lives, but also their inner strength, perseverance and ability to show love despite obstacles.
We invite all young people from the age of 13 - admission is free.
The aim of the meeting is to get closer to the Roma culture, way of life and to remember together the meaning of Roma Day.
🔔 You can watch the films shown thanks to the cooperation with the film festival One World and their project One World in communities.
