About event
On Monday, August 17, the New Synagogue cafe will be transported to the golden era of swing for the second time this summer!
This time you will be on the dance floor with Janči and Klér from the Bratislava studio B-Swing and Tetiana from Žilina's native Got That Swing. The dance hall in jazz rhythms is open to everyone - whether you're just starting out with swing or you've already got something twisted.
What awaits you? We will divide the evening into two blocks:
1. block (quick course): Lecturers Janči and Klér (B-Swing) will show you the basic steps, which will be enough for you to dance the whole evening.
Break: Time for a drink, a breather, a debate and to recharge your batteries in the cafe.
2. block (dance hall): Tetiana (Žilina Got That Swing) will tell you briefly about where and how to swing in Žilina. And then there is free improvisation and the pure joy of movement!
Whether you come in a couple or alone, swing is mainly about good mood, playfulness and freedom.
Practical info:
* Registration: please register by emailing the organizer Tetiana Lapenko directly: lapy6ok@gmail.com
* Admission is voluntary
