Świadomy konsument- Jak unikać pułapek i mądrze zawierać umowy

During this meeting, participants will learn how to protect their rights as consumers, avoid unwanted contracts and effectively deal with complaints. You will understand what rights you have in everyday transactions, how to recognize unfair market practices and how to react so as not to be drawn into complaint traps.


Thanks to practical tips and examples, you will learn how to make informed purchasing decisions and be sure of your rights.

Leader: Agnieszka Szczęsna,

a proud resident of Świnoujście who has been living in Berlin for over 10 years. A graduate of the European University Viadrina and the University of Adam Mickiewicz at the Faculty of Law. She began her legal adventure at Verbraucherzentrale in Berlin, where she advised consumers on how to deal with unfair market practices, complaints and disputes with companies. She also conducted numerous trainings, raising awareness of how to avoid legal traps and make informed decisions as a consumer.
