About event
Day 1
(Support: Jessica Moss)
Swans are a pounding machine that tirelessly continues on its way. While mastermind Michael Gira is currently on a solo tour with Kristof Hahn, the next record is already ready. “The Birthing” was written primarily during the 2023-2024 tour and will be released on Mute on 5/30/25. The record was recorded in Berlin, produced by Michael Gira and mixed by Ingo Krauss in the Candy Bomber Studio, which is located in Tempelhof Airport. There will be a double date live for this epochal work with two days in the Festsaal Kreuzberg.
