About event
The year is 1999. The current Russian President Boris Yeltsin has unexpectedly abdicated half a year before his term of office and entrusts Prime Minister Vladimir Putin to manage the state.
This fateful moment begins a new documentary by director Vitaly Manský (in the rays of the Sun), who, as a court presidential cameraman, came into the inside of Kremlin politics and thus brings an unexpected testimony of the beginning of the Putin era. And who is all the "witnesses of Putin".
There is a minimalist bar (beer, lemonade and snack).
