SUS Selbstverteidigung und Selbstwert

a women's seminar with added value / self-defense & self-esteem

A common seminar of Sophia Rickenbacher-Hanzal and Irmengard Weckauf-Hanzal, 2 sisters who were able to experience in past seminars by their participants how their two approaches to personal development can be wonderfully linked and become a drastic experience for everyone involved. Pole up self-worth, mobilize and dissolve inner forces, to recognize and dissolve the intuition, strengthen the intuition Say goodbye.

with the help of various tools from the NLP (neurolinguistic programming), hypnotherapy and systemic constellation work, we accompany you carefully on your way to your inner power source.

It has been shown that in a replacement with the strong physical work from the self -defense immense strengths emerge .

Attention: Our joint work that we do with a lot of humor, competence, empathy and love has sustainable effect and can actually change your life! The professional and empathetic way of working of two sisters is used to develop their entire potential.

Self -defense

The guiding principle is to convey to women simple strategies of self -assertion and effective techniques of self -protection with the aim of learning and defending themselves in the shortest possible time. This sophisticated self -defense system guarantees, thanks to its one -off training methods and its special structure, an optimal success.

Goals: self -assertion, danger detection, avoidance, de -escalation, self -protection, inhibition thresholds, ...

Self value

We get to the bottom of the systemic constellation work. In which situations is my self -esteem high or low? What are the causes of my low self -worth? Where are my blockages? How do I recognize my own limits?

BASICs are conveyed from the systemic work that enable them to look at their lives with a new look. Years!
