Supervízia v pomáhajúcich profesiách

If colleagues approach you and look for support and inspiration from you, either because of the nature of your job position or in an informal context, it might be nice to expand your skills with supervisory competencies. Education in supervision at Coachingplus is challenging. It emphasizes your practice, regular reflection of supervision recordings, mentoring and meta-supervision of your practice of working with supervisees, skills training and their reflection in peer groups both in the field and in training. During the entire duration of the program, we will provide you with rich resources (videos, webinars, support from the entire team of Coachingplus facilitators/mentors/supervisors) and support in reflecting on how to apply supervision skills to your professional environment (psychotherapy, counseling, coaching, mediation...) The group is diverse and I am very much looking forward to it
