Whether you are going to Gaga for the first time or have been training with us for a long time, you are welcome here.
Gaga is an innovative way of training that leads you to connect with your own body and imagination, to experience physical sensations, to improve flexibility and endurance, exercise agility, explosive strength and the pleasure of movement in a welcoming and accepting atmosphere. It is fundamentally based on a belief in healing, dynamism, and the ever-changing power of movement.
During the lesson, you will try a series of evocative instructions that will allow us to uncover bodily weakness, encourage weak parts, reveal hidden blocks and help us get rid of them. Rather than jumping from one challenge to another, the information is layered to create a multi-sensory, physically rich experience.
After the hour-long gaga lesson, we follow up with a creative dance workshop in which we apply the knowledge we have just learned from the lesson. We will present our own choreography, in which it will mainly be about playfulness, relief from thought chaos and a feeling of harmony with ourselves and each other.
Space for discussion and more information about gaga will come at the end of the meeting.
