About event
"Everything you wanted to read about ecoteology, but you were afraid to ask." You may have encountered the concept of environmental ethics, ecoteology, care for creation. You may be worried about climate change and unsustainability of the Western way of life. And perhaps you would like to read something about it, but all those books about theology and ecology are very professional, very complicated, maybe you do not have time for them, or you are simply afraid that you will not understand them.
That's why we created this reading club. At each meeting, we will read a few excerpts from the book that somehow relates to theology and environmentalism and then the possibility to discuss these snippets. The club is intended for the general public, you do not have to confess in theology or environmentalism, you do not have to belong to any specific church or be a believer. We welcome anyone who is interested in meeting inspiring texts, whether in silent listening or in respectful sharing of opinions and experiences.
We look forward to seeing you!
