Stress is manifested, for example, by stiffening the body, inability to follow, overtaking a partner, thinking, braking a partner, blaming for any mistake that happens, a feeling of inferiority, wanting from your body more than capable of…. Do not take so seriously. How to leave programs that hinder us and replace them with ease in dance. We look at the qualities we have and what we can build on.

► The whole workshop will lead you Erika. He taught me my life most in dance. I tried different forms in my relationship with men (even in dance) as we women can feel. Both the submissive form, even the dominant, and I still felt it could be different, because in neither I was comfortable and I felt exhausted.

I understood that I needed to change myself. And now I create balance in the relationship and in dance. Dance is life. :)
