In the 1970s, Thomas Keating and others in the USA began to rediscover the wealth of Christian, silent meditation practice (contemplation). From these beginnings, a global community has emerged that has continued to develop and whose central practice is the prayer of the collection (centering prayer).

The silence can show us a way of healing.

In this workshop, the wordless prayer of the collection (centering prayer), a modern form of the heart prayer, is presented and based on four simple steps practiced.

In addition to the introduction to the method, there is the opportunity to ask and exchange. A start to "courageously" to meet modern life.
