The goal of the conference is to intensify the dialogue between authorities, tax consultants, lawyers and foundations.

10 years ago, the Federal Functional and Fund Act as well as the tax promotion for non-profit foundations (EStg. 4b) were decided with the Charity Reform Act. It is intended to further strengthen Austria's foundation site. Since then, further reforms have been implemented at the federal level and around 120 federal foundations and funds were founded.

This first conference on non -profit donations aims to intensify the dialogue between authorities, tax consultants, lawyers and foundations in order to achieve improvements and relief on all sides. The conference focuses on another important topic: the disposition of the foundation's capital. Without a good predisposition, the effects of non-profit federal and private foundations are massively reduced. It is all the more important that models for "old pencils" are found as well as new, marketable strategies.

The conference also offers a first overview of the current tax legislation of the reform 2024 and recently published guidelines for foundations. Cooperation.
