BODY – as the most valuable gift we have received, we will nourish it through yoga, massages from an Ayurvedic therapist, and delicious SRI LANKA food with a sattvic /harmonic/ undertone. Delicious local food full of colors, flavors and aromas.
SOUL - relaxation and deep conversations that look into our souls... quieting down and listening to your soul by the ocean and getting to know new beautiful places and temples...

Important and practical information
Length of stay: 15 days on site, 13 nights + 2 days travel
Location: Dickwella beach in the village of Wattegama south, near the coastal town of Dickwella
Hotel: directly on the beach, newly renovated family hotel BALANCE BEACH RESORT, air-conditioned rooms, ocean view
Travel: fly from Vienna, transfer in Doha (or Dubai or Abu Dhabi, depending on which flights will be more convenient for the stay), both flights are approximately 5 hours long, transfer it takes approximately 2.5 hours from the airport to the place INCLUDES
- Transfer from and to the airport
- All-day nutritious food /including drinks/ - based on the sattvic diet principle
- Yoga, relaxation each day /outside of all-day trips/
- Pleasant conversations, women's circles, numerology
- Customized Ayurvedic therapies, 10 hours spent in the hotel SPA with massages on peace from great therapists
- Cooking with a Sri Lankan chef

· Full day: trip to Safari UDAWALAWE – national park with an elephant orphanage, Little Adam's peak, ELLA /SRI PAADAYA/ - pristine nature, beautiful views, pilgrimage sites with various temples and Nine Arches Bridge - train trip, GALLE and surroundings - river safari, tea plantation, turtle farm
· Afternoon: Mulkirigala Temple – an ancient temple carved in the rocks, Turtle point Bathegama – turtle feeding, , BUDHA TEMPLE / WEWURUKANNALA temple/ – right in the town where we live, together with consecration health, happiness and dissolution of all negativity from the monk, Traditional Sri Lankan market - with a true Sri Lankan atmosphere Lanka
