Spýtaj sa vašich 🔑 Čo pre nás znamená 17. november dnes? (film + diskusia)

🎬 The documentary Ask Your People: 89 (28 min.) captures the revolutionary days not through slogans, but through the personal memories of those who experienced the societal change towards democracy 🕊️.

👥 Their stories show how great history was reflected in small lives - how enthusiasm was replaced by skepticism, and how even after decades we are still learning what it actually means to live and protect freedom and democracy.

❓Which of the ideals was lost and what survived to this day? And what does it mean to be brave today - to go to a protest ✊, write an investigative report, create art or simply make the right decisions every day?

🎤 After the film they will discuss:
🎥 film director Barbora Berezňáková,
🏛️ director of Post Bellum Sandra Polovková,
📰 Denníka N journalist & musician Braňo Bezák -
not nostalgically, but with distance and (self)irony 🌀.

The event will be held in Faust Hall.
