Another part of the discussion series called Society 4.0, this time on the topic of trust in institutions and their dialogue with citizens in the current rapidly changing era.

How can public institutions in the 21st century restore their legitimacy and re-establish a meaningful dialogue with citizens? Can data and algorithms be used to strengthen democracy, or will it weaken it? And what concrete steps must we take as a state and society to build a resilient society in which innovation primarily serves the public interest and social cohesion?
