Let's meet at Lodenica caffe.

Move to a place where we will do Wim Hof's breathing exercises together.
When the sun sets and the moon and stars rise, we will enter the water in the main stream of the Danube and go downstream to the boatyard.
We will swim on the water, the water will carry us, while we will observe the sky. We will not spend time in the sun, we will be absorbed by the environment.

to the boatyard of the Vodácké centrum, where we will practice horse stance, warm up and melt.
Or from The boating center to the River Park.
You need to have something hardened (if the current temperature of the Danube is low for you), you have to be a swimmer and you need an inflatable buoy. (Ideally one where you can put your things, because we won't be returning to the place from which we set sail)
I have 3 available..
Take only the most necessary things so that you can fit all your clothes in the floating buoy.
If you are very scared and ask for a vest, also write to me in advance.
