Hornád Rafting (Kysak - Košice)

Under the supervision of an experienced instructor we start in Kysak, at the football field. Trebejov is located Trebejovská Perej, its rafting is not difficult, you will enjoy driving in this Perej. In Kostoľany nad Hornádom there is a small hydroelectric power plant, the ship is needed approx. 100m transfer on the shore. Just before the end of the weir is a Tahan wave, where you can enjoy a little adrenaline. If you happen to turn over, nothing happens, the shipyard and therefore the end of the weir is 200m from the wave. During the weir, you will have sections with water stands, where you need to paddle, slightly flowing sections with beautiful views of the surrounding nature, but also pears. Stones should be avoided, but the water stream is not fast. This section of the Hornád River is also suitable for beginners, we recommend to children from 8 years.
