I invite you to a city herbal walk, i.e. classic herbal stories in the field 🌿
🧭Wrocław - trail on the Odra River
🗓️Deadline: 14/07/2026 Tuesday

👉The herbal walk includes:
A unique herbal walk on the bank of the Odra River in Wrocław.
🌺Recognizing wild animals edible plants and mushrooms - early summer.
🏵️Early summer herbs and aquatic and floodplain plants.
Recognition and discussion of medicinal species and wild edible plants.
🍄Mycotherapy - recognizing arboreal mushrooms, i.e. hub mushrooms occurring in early spring and discussing their medicinal properties.
🔍 In addition to classic herbal stories, you will learn about the so-called plants that grow in the city. synanthropes - synanthropic plants that are not bothered by urban conditions!
🟠During the walk we will learn:
- with aquatic and aquatic plants that grow on the banks of the Odra River
- we will learn about species of wild edible plants and how to create wild dishes from them
- we will find out what syntropic plants that grow right next to them are next to us in large cities
- we will find out whether it is possible to collect medicinal plants and wild edible plants in large cities
- we will learn about medicinal mushrooms, arboreal hubs
- we will explore the bank of the Warta River and collect medicinal raw materials and wild edible plants
- we will also pay attention to invasive alien species (IGO) in space urban
📷After the herbal walk, the participants of the walk will receive an album with photos of selected species found with a detailed description in accordance with the botanical or mycological nomenclature.

The walk will take place along the bank of the Odra River in Wrocław.
