We are pleased to invite you to the next Vienna regulars' table, which this time is dedicated to the topic "Future of Food".

What does the future look like our diet and how can we actively shape it?

At our summer get-together we will delve into the world of nutritional innovation and sustainable food systems together. What does it mean when algae, plant proteins and new technologies redefine our ideas about fish, meat and our attitude towards food in general? And what role do business, research and startups play in this?

The guests this time are:

▪️ Carina Trafoier from the Vienna Business Agency, whose work deals with projects relating to nutritional innovation and sustainable food systems

▪️ Annalisa Rossi from Viennese FoodTech startup Revo Foods, which relies on plant proteins and algae extracts instead of fish and meat and uses the latest technology to transform them into innovative seafood and meat alternatives.

It starts on 16. Juneat 6:30 p.m. at the bar. We will then devote ourselves to our two guests and their topics from 7:00 p.m..
