Whether you carry dance in your heart or it's not your strong point at all, Soft Core is for you.
☯️ Every step, even the uncertain one, is part of your journey.
Just come and allow yourself to discover what your body can do and be open to group dynamics.
We will meet on Tuesdays - once a week for 2 hours, for 1 month. Each meeting has a separate thematic area:
✔️24. 3. 2026 – Togethering: How to be together
✔️31. 3. 2026 – Deep Listening
✔️14. 4. 2026 – Right to Play: Pravo na hru
✔️28. 4. 2026 – Storytelling: Movement through the story
Individual meetings build on each other and create a complete process.
Join the monthly movement LAB, focused on contemporary dance, improvisation and conscious work with the body. 🤩You will learn through movement to explore your own perception, relationships in the group and the way we react to the stimuli around us.
It is not about teaching choreography or about performance. The basis is improvisation, working with attention, listening to the body and collective exploration of movement. We all work individually and in a group, in a safe, trustworthy and respectful environment. .
🍀Soft Core is based on the belief that bodily experience is an equal source of knowledge. Movement here becomes a tool for both reflection and play.
Curiosity, willingness to be in motion, openness to work in a group and at a pace that respects your body are important.
🙏 LAB is led by Eva Priečková,
- dance artist and movement education facilitator working in Berlin and Bratislava
- graduated from the University of Performing Arts in Bratislava
- is currently a doctoral student at JAMU in Brno.
- connects dance, education and critical thinking about the body and relationships. - develops the Studovňa – Soft Core format, which combines improvisation, work with the body and collective exploration of movement.
- creates a safe, open space where we learn through movement, attention and mutual dialogue
- conducts courses for diverse groups, from people from the artistic environment to communities outside it.
The price for the entire dance LAB is €110.
The number of places is limited.
