Social Hike: Southern Vineyards

A feast for your eyes: Come explore these vineyards and corn fields, one of Vienna's most underrated areas. After conveniently meeting up at Vienna Main Station (Wien Hauptbahnhof), we'll first cross through a trendy neighbourhood, leaving urban Vienna and then walk up to a point from where you can see, weather permitting, as far as to the Lower Carpathians. After getting lost in the nearby vineyards, we then venture further downhill until reaching a tree-lined creek. Following the waves, we'll leave the official boundaries of Vienna and finally arrive at a small village. From there, a quick train ride will take us back to Vienna Main Station.
