New Year's Eve gala dinner with Mozart will offer a concert with a string quintet and opera singers Daniel Klánský and Gabriela Kopperová, who will play and sing the best of W.A. Mozart. During the breaks of the concert, it will be possible to enjoy a five-course dinner from chef Rudolf Nikolai. All this in the listed Boccaccio Hall in the heart of the Old Town in the center of Prague. Visitors will thus be transported to Prague of the 18th century and will be able to enjoy both the culinary and musical arts of that time.

• Foie gras pralines with shallot chutney and berry sauce
• Strong poultry broth with root vegetables and ravioli filled with poultry liver
• Lime sorbet with a drop of vodka
• Grilled duck breast with foie gras sauce, red cabbage marmalade and roasted cranberries
• Chocolate mousse cake, banana cream and raspberry sauce
• New Year's toast
• Midnight ham with lentils and various types of accessories, fresh bread

• The New Year's Eve program starts at 19:30 with a special welcome drink and ends at approximately 1:30 in the morning .
