THE POWER OF THE MIND and CAPTURED OF THE MIND (26 + 26 minutes)
The films deal with what is possible thanks to working with the mind and its programming. With our mind we can change the entire external and internal reality, we can even perform apparently "fakir" tricks. Everything is possible, we only set limits ourselves. The guide for both films is Milan Calábek, therapist and founder of the University of the New Age.
THE SECRET OF CALM (20 minutes)
The film shot in Thailand introduces viewers to the meaning of Buddhist meditation. In Thailand, every man, including the king, enters a monastery, even if only for a few months or weeks. Not only will he learn the beneficial effects of meditation, but he will also gain social prestige and be more attractive as a partner – because he has learned how to manage his emotions and find inner peace. That is why even top managers and businessmen enter the monasteries for a meditation stay. In the film, we will also see Czechs who came to a remote Thai island for meditation.
