About event
We talk a lot - but often not about what really matters to us moves:
our desire, our needs and our limits.
How do we manage to talk honestly about it in relationships?
How do we find a common path when desires differ?
And what does it take to live closeness without losing yourself?
Together with life and social counselor and sexual counseling training manager Sonja Bruckner, we delve into the dynamics of I – You – We. In the conversation, she shares personal experiences, insights from her work and impulses on topics such as communication, boundaries and lived intimacy.
It covers, among other things:
- How we can learn to talk openly about desire, needs and boundaries
- What helps us to say no and stand up for ourselves
- How conversations about sexuality can change relationships
- How couples with different needs
- What role do social expectations and taboos play
This evening is not a frontal lecture, but an interactive format for real questions, honest exchange and personal reflection.

The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 25 people in order to ensure a personal and protected environment.
About the expert:
