We are once again preparing our jump as part of the NAVALIS 2026 festivities, and we are getting the opportunity to jump at the water St. John's Day festivities.
The NAVALIS St. John's Day festivities are a celebration of the most famous Czech saint and "Prague" St John of Nepomuck, the patron saint of all people from the water. They are always held on the eve of his holiday - this year it falls on Friday, May 15.
And already for the fourteenth time, Paraski and our Mouse will have the opportunity to participate in this celebration and honor the memory of Jan Nepomucký. The five paratroopers will symbolize the five stars that appeared in the sky. And the individual illuminated symbols of the stars will land on the pontoon floating under the bridge deck of the Charles Bridge, the sixth parachutist, who symbolizes the body of John of Nepomuck, will fly under the bridge arch of the Charles Bridge in the place where he was thrown into the Vltava. For two years, the weather was really not very kind to us, so I would like to ask everyone up there to intercede for us and for the weather to be kind to us.
We probably already have all the necessary permits for this jump , and if the weather, force majeure and Ruzyň allow, then we will jump.
I believe that the five fiery stars will land safely on the pontoon again and our Mouse will once again fly under the arch of the Charles Bridge in style at a speed of 132 km/h. The jumping part will be divided again, Myšák will jump first at 20:00 and fly under the bridge arch of the Charles Bridge near the grid (it is the sixth bridge arch), the remaining five will circle over Prague and return over the Charles Bridge, only at 20:30 when the fires will be lit and to the sound of the music of the Castle Guard, the five paratroopers should descend through evening Prague to the pontoon under Charles bridge.
The program of festivities, as every year, starts already in the afternoon at Prague Castle and culminates in the evening with a concert, and we will jump right into the main evening part of the program. So hopefully everything will finally work out again and we will be able to jump.
