🎵 About the lecturer - Omar Diop:
Omar Diop is a Senegalese musician, percussionist, dancer and maker of traditional musical instruments. He leads international workshops in Europe, the USA and other countries (France, Germany, Slovenia, Italy, Jamaica, the USA and others) and is the artistic director of the Djembe Sacre ensemble, which regularly performs at international festivals.
His teaching is authentic and dynamic, based on the transmission of traditional rhythms, working with the energy of the group and respect for the individual. Participants of his workshops leave full of positive energy, with a satisfied smile on their face and experiencing a pulsating rhythm that is different from anything they know from regular courses.
Each lesson with Omar is more than music or dance - it is a life experience that awakens body and spirit, connects you with the rhythm and energy of the group and leaves an unforgettable trace of joy and inspiration.
