In the summer, an amendment to Act No. 117/2001 Coll. was approved, which will enter into force on January 1, 2025. The amendment brings about a significant change in the regulation of public collections and frees up organizations' hands when collecting funds from the public. Despite the simplification, however, it still brings many risks.
