About event
The Slovak hoopers club invites hoopers enthusiasts to Košice for intensive training with certified Hungarian trainer and referee Sándor Mosolygó.
Sándor has been professionally training and raising dogs since 2019. He runs a dog school and a dog hotel in Nyíregyház. With her shelties Roni and Sally, she has been actively racing in hoopers in the small category since 2021. Currently, he is also preparing the young 11-month-old border collie Penték for the race track. They compete with Sally in the highest category H3 and with Roni in H2. In 2024, he became 1st and 2nd Vice-champion of the Republic at the first Hungarian Hoopers Championship. At the same time with Roni, he won the title 2 at the first unofficial WHOC 2024 Hoopers World Championship in Italy. Vice-master. In 2025 at the WHOC World Hoopers Championship he was a member of the winning Hungarian team in the small category with Sallly. In 2026, they will again represent Hungary at this race.
As he himself says: "the most important thing that hoopers teaches me, and my little dog, is boundless good humor, living in the moment and that it's not important what happens on the field, but that it's just the two of us there and enjoying this dance together."
So come and enjoy it with us
