In this seminar we convey important principles, methods and typical working methods of large group support

The focus of this workshop with Frederik Wortmann is on supporting large groups and Jutta Weimar. In 3 days we convey important principles, methods and typical working methods of large group support. The workshop benefits from our more than 20 years of practical experience with groups of up to 1,000 participants.

Large group facilitators design the methodological, spatial and temporal framework in which participants can work on their topics and concerns. A real, lively and deep contact and dialogue can arise between the participants. The different perspectives, opinions and points of view can be experienced. The collective intelligence of the entire group can unfold. Decisions and agreements become binding. The ability and willingness to change can develop. In this way, teams, networks and organizations are supported in using existing potential and energies and advancing concrete projects.

The large group workshop is practice-oriented: experience-oriented and interactive learning based on your own resources is supplemented by targeted theory/knowledge contributions and know-how.

We will experience various large group processes in the workshop, reflect on individual and collective experiences and ensure the transfer to the different practices.
