Today, leadership means more than that each, to provide orientation, enable participation and develop effective solutions together. In complex work contexts, it is not enough to make decisions or control processes alone. What is needed is an attitude that promotes collaboration, shares responsibility and makes use of the collective competence of teams.

This seminar is aimed at managers who want to redesign their role in a new and effective way - as enablers of dialogue, clarity and joint action. Our offer is based on over 25 years of experience in participatory and meaning-oriented dialogue formats with small and large groups.

Contents of the basic module:

1. Attitude & role

• Reflect on your own role as a manager
• Share responsibility without giving up leadership
• Presence, listen and work with ignorance

2. Group Processes & Collaboration

• Psychological safety as the basis for successful collaboration
• Use difficult topics and tensions constructively
• Consciously shape power, influence and decision-making spaces

3. Methods of enabling leadership

• Design meetings in a targeted and dialogical way
• Encourage participation by everyone
• Prepare and make decisions together
• Enable feedback, resonance and reflection

An advanced module is expected to take place in 2026 offered

Target group

Managers with and without disciplinary responsibility, project and team leaders as well as people who actively shape leadership in organizations.

How we work

The seminar combines short impulses with reflection, practical exercises, dialogue formats and work on participants' real leadership situations. Learning is experience-oriented and practical.
