Sebaskúsenostná zážitková skupina

Through the group experience "here and now", guided work with imagination, work with the body and physicality, reflective activities and creative work, participants will have the opportunity to better understand how different aspects of our self (body, individual and role identity) are connected, as well as how biographical, social and cultural experiences in different developmental periods shape our thinking, feeling and experiencing. The group will explore how who and what we are shapes our relationships with other people and, in turn, how our relationships co-condition our experiences and identities.

Who is the program intended for?

The target group is counseling psychologists, clinical psychologists, school psychologists, social, therapeutic and special educators, social workers, coaches, mediators, managers, but also everyone else who works with people and wants to better understand themselves and their relationships. for a closed group of 12 participants

The year-round semi-structured closed group will consist of several topics:

• My place, my space, my world
How the experience of myself and my own identity affects my own satisfaction
What challenges I am currently facing in my life and what they evoke in me
What are my resources that help me in life and how do I use them

• Development of emotional intelligence and relationships with others
What are my ways of perceiving, experiencing and managing my own emotions? how I express and assert my needs and interests
How I perceive my power, what experiences of powerlessness I carry within me and how to empower myself

• Intimacy and sexuality
How I perceive myself and react in intimate and sexual relationships
How the history of my relationships co-determines my satisfaction with intimacy and sexuality
How my give and take, closeness and distance in intimate relationships are adjusted relationships

• Aggression, resistance and passivity
How to understand and use your own aggression in a constructive way
How to understand your own defenses, resistance and passivity in relation to yourself, to other people
How are my defenses, my aggression, or my passivity related to group dynamics

• Self-care, creativity and productivity
How are the themes of giving and taking related to satisfaction in my relationships
How I share interest in relationships with others and vitalize my self
How and in what I remain rigid, where I am productive and what releases my creativity

• Needs, meaningfulness and values
What I find and how I create value and meaning in life
How I share my values with other people and create a supportive environment for myself
How existential crises frame my identity and satisfaction and what helps self-transcendence

• Dialogue, conflicts and communication
How I share my thoughts and influence others in a relationship How my conversations are embedded in meta-narratives and social and cultural context
How my professional and cultural identity helps and hinders attunement and co-existence with others

• Understanding my own life story
How my biographical experiences frame my identity and relationships, where to look for connections
How my inner patterns are related to my life experiences
What motivates me in relationships and how it is related to autonomy, dependence and independence

How my personal themes resonate with others and how they are reflected in others
How the group process motivates me to make changes in life
What next... personally and professionally
