Seba-láskavá joga & Objavujeme knižné svety: Čo robia pocity?

🧘‍♀️A gentle, calming meeting that combines self-loving yoga for adults and reading for children (5+) with librarian Vierka from the book What do feelings do?

Self-loving yoga offers space to slow down, relax and come back to yourself. 🌿 It is based on restorative and trauma-sensitive principles, thanks to which each participant can adapt the exercise to their physical and emotional needs. The emphasis is on a sense of security, choice and perception of one's own body without pressure to perform.

👧📖 While adults take time for themselves, children go into the world of stories about feelings that will help them better understand themselves and others.

✨ For all those who are tired of the constant "I have to" and want to simply allow themselves to be for a while.
