About event
Two violins, a cello, a piano - and an excess of creative energy: Salut Salon are "Hamburg's most charming cultural export" (Hamburger Abendblatt). For over 20 years, the four virtuosos have been guesting with their "Masterpieces of 'Classical' Comedy" (The New York Times) in the most renowned concert halls worldwide and inspiring their audience with crazy parforcer figures between Vivaldi and vocal nacrbatics, tango and crime scene, rap and Rachmaninov - "Wonderful!" (The Economic Times India).
With her new program "Heimat", Salut Salon will also celebrate the final of a concert trilogy from 2025: The next big, almost all-encompassing topic is now followed. Because: what exactly is that, home? Is it a place? Tradition? A feeling? Are it the people who surround you? Or maybe words, languages, sounds? With the dream -related naturalness, with which the four musicians transform pieces from all corners of the world into this wonderful concert evening, they also give their very own answer: Salut Salon are at home in the world - and their homeland is music.
