The story of "Little By Little," The new album by Ward Hayden & The Outliers begins as many songs by Bruce Springsteen; In a car, with the radio on, driving on the highway to a distant destination. A moment that illuminated Hayden in the search for something unifying, constructive and positive. After a unfortunate statements by a Masschustes country artist encouraging people not to listen to Bruce Springsteen, Wayden launched this two -year project of recordings of songs signed by Springsteen himself, those that connect us through knowledge, acceptance, and celebration of sufferings and triumphs. Some songs that the outliers perform with soul and passion, showing the ties that unite us through the perseverance of the human spirit. The first of them "Little By Little", saw the light in April 2025 and was immediately clear that he had brought New Jersey's compositions to his inimitable style, with a good dose of country flavor & Western, with the exciting and velvety vocal tone of Hayden, that which can cheer the spirits or fill the hearts with sadness. "We were intimidated by interpreting their songs because they are tremendously iconic. If we were going to do it, we had to focus it from the perspective of our music, and it was a challenge. So we chose those songs that meant something for us, which have been the soundtrack with which we have grown up, that sounded in the background in the kitchen of home, while leading to school, or simply, while you lived your life. And I feel that with this collection we have that I had not yet been able to express with my own work. ” They will be unforgettable nights. And the second album is still missing ...
