Constellations are a powerful tool for understanding the patterns that affect our lives and our relationships. This full-day seminar is an opportunity for anyone who wants to gain a deeper insight into their personal and family relationships, and thus improve their relationship with themselves, their partner or family.

WHY DO CONSTELLATIONS WORK?
Because we all carry family stories, pain, secrets, repressed emotions...
We often live, make decisions and love according to them, even if we don't. we don't realize.

FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS GIVE SPACE:
- to understand where our patterns in relationships come from,
- to see hidden dynamics in the family,
- to free ourselves from what is not ours,
- to accept back what we need,
- to create a new, healthier space for love and partnership.

WHAT YOU CAN DO RESOLVE?
- Blockages in love and partnership: Difficulty forming healthy relationships, difficulty trusting, repetitive patterns (eg “I always choose the wrong partner”).
- Themes of family patterns: Unbalanced relationships with parents, childhood traumas that affect current relationships.
- Lack of self-acceptance: Understanding why you feel unworthy of love or unable to receive love from others.
- Improving communication in partner relationships: Conflicts, misunderstandings, unexpressed needs or feelings.
- Freeing oneself from unconscious obligations: Topics such as unconscious loyalties, transfer of responsibility, family obligations that keep us in the past.
