In 1985, Rocko Schamoni gave his first concerts as the opening act for the Golden Lemons, at that time still under his early pseudonym “Roddy Dangerblood”. In 1986 he accompanied the Toten Hosen on tour, from now on as “King Rocko Schamoni”. Since then he has performed well over 1000 performances, with his own band "Little Machine", published over 20 long players with "Studio Braun" and "Fraktus", written 10 books, produced 10 plays, founded the Golden Pudel Club and accompanied various other projects.
A cross sum of his musical and literary work is the "King" - as close friends call him - on this anniversary tour. He is accompanied by Joachim Franz Büchner. If you missed it, you weren't there.
Rocko Schamoni is an author, entertainer, musician, actor and stage artist. He lives in Hamburg. He fills halls with his best-selling novels such as “Dorfpunks” and “Große Freiheit”. For many years he ran the legendary Golden Pudel Club in St. Pauli together with Schorsch Kamerun.
Bandleader and songwriter Joachim Franz Büchner is the official mayor of the night in Hamburg (known, among other things, for his 24-hour concerts) and a member of East Zone Soup Cube Making Cancer. His lyrics and songs combine everyday life with mysticism and glam. The Joachim Franz Büchner Band's second album “Hits in the Dark” was recently released on the Hanseplatte label.
