About event
A poetic theatrical production from the life of the poet Bohuslav Reynek and the poetess Suzanne Renaud.
Stars: Klára Trojanová, Martin Dvořák, Adam Panáček
Differences of character, mental worlds, mutual inspiration, the pain of losing one's home in France, uprooting and life in an unfree country - these are several aspects of the evening.
The performance working with the theme of poetry and literature was created directly at Werich's villa "on the body". The text is based on sources about the life of the wife of the painter and poet Bohuslav Reynek, Suzanne Renaud, and their poetic work. Their life together on the Petrkov estate in Vysočina creates the main source of inspiration. The poetry of both personalities and the dramatic-prose text become the storyline of the multi-genre performance. Several forms are intermingled here - dance, music and an artistic component.
