Restart s Martinou Viktorií Kopeckou III: Jak jít dál

RESTART is a cycle of three follow-up meetings that offers a space to stop, orient and understand oneself in time. It is not about therapy or motivational lectures, but about cultivated work with one's own experience. With respect for the past, a conscious anchoring in the present and a responsible look to the future. Individual meetings can be completed separately, but they acquire full meaning in the context of the entire cycle.

The final meeting focuses on building long-term psychological resilience in times of uncertainty. Resilience is not understood here as hardness or emotional distance, but as the capacity for regeneration, adaptability and the preservation of sensitivity and relationality.

The themes are working with uncertainty, searching for sources of hope, creating stable points of support and consciously moving towards the future. The practical part will offer tools that support internal stability and enable you to manage challenging life situations without resignation or numbness.

The course can also be taken as part of a package of three courses for a discounted price of CZK 3,490. More information HERE.
