reconnect playground: Ease, presence, and genuine connection

A lighthearted evening to loosen up, laugh and connect authentically. Practice being yourself and connecting with others more naturally.

reconnect playground invites you to loosen up, laugh, and reconnect with your natural spontaneity, without pressure to perform or “be social.”

Through simple, guided games and playful group activities, you’ll explore what it’s like to:

• show up just as you are
• be more present and curious
• connect without small talk or pressure
• experience real moments of warmth, laughter, and authenticity

This is a relaxed, welcoming space to shake off the day and reconnect with the part of you that feels alive, open, and playful.

What to expect:

• A relaxed, welcoming group atmosphere
• Guided playful activities that invite presence and ease
• Authentic moments of laughter, curiosity, and connection
• Time to reflect on what you notice about yourself and others

No prior experience needed, just curiosity and openness. Whether you’re new to this kind of space or simply craving something real and refreshing, this evening is for you.
